Thrapston Amateur Dramatic Society is committed to providing a fair, transparent and inclusive audition process while recognising the commitment and support of its members.
Auditions for all productions will normally be open to current contributing Society members only. In recognition of the time, effort and ongoing commitment that members make to the Society, members will be given the first opportunity to audition for all available roles.
If, following member auditions, the production team considers that one or more roles cannot be suitably cast, the Committee may authorise open auditions for those specific roles. Open auditions will be advertised publicly via our website, mailing list and social media, and conducted using the same fair and objective audition process as member auditions.
The production team reserves the right to cast roles based on the needs of the production, with all casting decisions being final.
