2026 Productions

Thrapston Amateur Dramatic Society are delighted to reveal our 2026 line-up, featuring two beloved British comedies that promise plenty of laughter and joy.

First up is Calendar Girls by Tim Firth, running from Wednesday 13th to Saturday 16th May. Spring 2025 Production Announcement – Rumours!

This play originally premiered on Broadway at the Broadhurst Theatre in November 1988 and ran for two years. The British version that TADS will be performing premiered in August 1990 at the Chichester Festival Theatre.

Performance dates will be from Wednesday 14th to Saturday 17th May 2025. Tickets are available now from https://tadsthrapston.org.uk/tickets or on 07543 3212...

Prudence Goss – In Memoriam

It is with great sadness that we must report the passing of our President and longest serving member, Prudence Goss. Pru had been a constant in TADS for longer than any of us can remember, joining the society as a young actress and continuing to perform up to her last appearance on stage in 2018.

Anyone who met or worked with Prue will have fond memories of her skill and keen sense of humor. The tales of her performances and exploits will no doubt continue to be recounted for many many years to come.

In the coming weeks TADS will be compiling a tribute to Prue and her long history with us, which will be published in the programme in our upcoming production, as well as on our website. If anyone has any memories they would like to share then please get in touch.
